🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy – Curl-ligraphy Creations LLC

Thank you for supporting Curl-ligraphy Creations! We want to ensure you’re satisfied with your order. Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase:

📿 Jewelry & Custom Artwork

All sales are final for the following items:

• Jewelry – Due to hygienic reasons, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

• Custom Photo Canvas Designs – As each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

🔁 Exchanges (for all other items)

If you're not satisfied with a non-custom item, we offer exchanges only under the following terms:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Item must be returned in its original condition.

• Please include the full name used to place the original order in the return package.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include:

   • A brief description of the issue

   • Photo proof as an attachment

   • Your order name and number (if available)

We will respond within 1–3 business days and gladly send a replacement at no extra charge.

⚠️ Claims made after the 7-day window may not be eligible for a free replacement.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Curl-ligraphy Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
In the event this occurs:

• Customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

• We will assist by providing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Delivery confirmation details

Any compensation for a lost or stolen package will be issued by the shipping carrier.
